Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

• Level-1: Employee Mindset Assessment
• Level-2: Emotional & Personality Assessment
• Level-3: Basic HR Interaction (may be conducted today or scheduled for a later date, depending on availability)
• Level-4: Final Interview (only shortlisted candidates who successfully clear Levels 1, 2, and 3 will be invited for the final round)

Important Instructions

• Please deposit your mobile phones, smartwatches, earphones, and other electronic devices outside the assessment room before entering.
• Each assessment has a duration of 20 minutes.
• Once you complete a level, remain seated and wait for the instructor’s directions before proceeding to the next assessment.
• Every candidate receives a different set of questions. There are no right or wrong answers.
• We encourage you to answer honestly and express your genuine thoughts. We are evaluating your mindset, personality, and approach—not your ability to guess the “correct” answer.
• Please maintain silence throughout the assessment and refrain from discussing questions with other candidates.
